Shipment Policy

At Montblanc Style HL, we prioritize delivering your orders promptly and securely. Below is an outline of our shipment policies to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the shipping method, weight, and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • International Shipping: Available to select international destinations. Delivery times and fees vary based on location.

Please note that the shipping times mentioned above are estimates and may be subject to delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. You will be able to choose the preferred shipping method during checkout.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on the destination country. International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

Please note that certain products may be restricted or prohibited from shipping to specific regions due to legal or regulatory requirements. If your order cannot be shipped to your selected address, we will notify you promptly.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@montblancstylehl.com or call (559) 896-6058. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the package.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping information before confirming your order. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we may require you to pay for the return shipping or reshipping charges. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect information.


8. Customs and Duties for International Orders

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Customers ordering from outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total cost of the order at checkout.
  • Customs Delays: Orders shipped internationally may be delayed due to customs processing. Unfortunately, we cannot control these delays, and we are not responsible for customs-related hold-ups.

We use reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ship your order. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers based on delivery requirements.
